we should do what India is doing,IPL and ICL.It has a lot of players from other countries and the domestic players gets to play them.Simplify..
1.Make a BPL (Bangladesh Primier League).
2.Bring other players from other countrie to play for our domestic teams.
This will give our domestic players a chance to face tough players without being in the national team and when they get in the national team,they will already have some experience of the tough foreign players.
