Record wise USA has a better record.
I am talking about the Tiger Era, probably it is more attributeable to tiger, than the US team as a whole. But Tiger's poor run in this cup affected the US performance as well.
Between 1959-83, US has won all 13 times at a stretch & since 1985 till 2006, US has won only 3 times while Europe has won 8 times. infact since 1995, US has own only once out of 6 times.
