He did jackshit. That's what he did. He is a great tactitian. But that's about it. He is no good at talent developing. Thats what we have been lacking since Siddons.
I hope Rhodes is good at it. I would give him at least a year before judging him.

You have said so many right things bro. Haturi didnt even bother to see the domestic matches forget about picking and developing a talent. Haturu was just lucky to have 5-6 players who were at peak. And they were the product of Siddons/McCinnes hard work. And he was also lucky to have Streak with him who did wonders with our pacers. We give so much credit to Haturu for no good reason. Haturu gave us two unfinished products. Shabbir and Sarker. Thats about it
