I think the new rule will widen the gap between the weak teams and the strong teams...
for example, Aussies have a lot of gr8 replacements for n e of their players....whereas we dont have n e replacement for mashrafee or ashraful.
So according to the need of the game...especially when it comes down to the wire.....the better teams will benefit....
So i regard the new rules to b biased for the betteroff countries
