Realistically, the only change will be in captaincy. Shakib is the only one who wouldn't do worse than Mushfiq, and I highly doubt he would be much better. Plus, with his recent statements, he is turning into a clown day by day and at the current rate, he'll be a bigger clown that Ashraful ever could dream of being. Only other change is perhaps Razzak being dropped or retiring.

Thus the changes I'd like to see is the following:

1) Mushfiq giving up the gloves, especially and at least in Test cricket. He needs to bat at #3 in Tests. Like Ash, he won't step down a la Brendon McCullum or Brendon Taylor. His gloves need to be taken away. Khatos shouldn't keep. Anam seems to be a more natural WK than him. Missed stumpings, can't reach catches, missed byes, needs to end.

2) Razzak being axed. Arafat, Taijul, Enam, all can do better SLA wise we're set because we have incredible depth.

3) Gazi seems to be just be a Test specialist. Riyad I think can reinvent his game as specialist offie that bats a bit.
