One word. Kallis. Batted too low. Came in during slog time, took too long to settle in, and never really got going, hitting only one boundary. I saw Kallis pretty much just sit there, with his balls column get higher and higher, and runs pretty much stay the same. Karthik at the other end did his best to fire things up, but one man wasn't enough.
Bulls did make it very tough, with 5 down under 10 overs. But Pollard saw them through.
Sad ending to what seemed to be a promising roster with the team owners and manager buying some big names. But they never really produced.
